Length
Measure from the base of the tail (where it
connects to the hindquarters) up to where the collar sits at the base
of the neck.
Chest
Measure the entire chest (all the way around) at the widest
point of your pet's chest. This is right behind the front legs.
Neck
Measure the neck (the distance around it) at the point where the collar sits.

sizes:
3/8" wide collar adjusts to fit necks 6"-10" - best for small dogs up to 20 lbs.
5/8" wide collar adjusts to fit
necks 10"-16" - fits the widest range of dogs
5/8" wide collar adjusts to fit necks 14"-20" - fits the widest range of dogs
1" wide collar adjusts
to fit necks 18"-26" - large dogs
