While
the dog is standing, measure from the front edge of the small pads to
the back edge of the large pads (do not include nails)
Do not include nails, unless they are unusually long.
Have dog stand on a piece of paper
and mark the front and back of the foot where it touches the paper. Measure
between the marks on the paper for accurate sizing.
